Yes, subscriptions are on a month to month basis. You can cancel, upgrade, downgrade without any penalty.
Will I Get Charged Immediately? (7-day trial?)
No, we offer a trial period so that you can take the BugLogHQ service for a spin. Work on your integration,
and see if it's a good fit for your project/business. Then within the first 7 days we will send you an invoice
for your monthly subscription. If you are happy with the service and wish to continue just pay the invoice and we
will bill you each month automatically until you tell us otherwise.
Is there a difference between the hosted BugLog and the regular downloadable BugLog?
Not in any significant way, other than to ensure the limits imposed by the selected subscription plan.
However, using the hosted version ensures that you will always benefit from the latest bug fixes and
improvements made on the open source version.
What, No Free Plan?
BugLogHQ is already a freely available open source application. Anyone is more than welcome to download
the application and run it on their own servers. We believe that by providing a paid subscription service,
we offer added value to developers and business owners so that they do not have to worry about the day-to-day
management of their BugLogHQ servers.
